This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. Employees hired under this announcement will work on full-time employment of thirty-five (35) hours per week. Overtime hours will be applicable at 1.5x the rate indicated on the JVA.
Applicants will be reasonably expected to reside in Saipan to perform the services or labor as advertised. The employer will
make all deductions from the worker's paycheck as required by law only. The employer guarantees under paragraph 20CFR 655.423(f) to offer each employee employment for a total number of hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of
the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the
employee at the place of employment of the advertised contractual first date of need whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or its extensions, if any. The employer will provide transportation and
subsistence to the employee while traveling from the employee's origin to the place of employment as well as the return
transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity, as required by 20 CFR 655.423(j)(1).
